tk99 djs Responsible Gambling
Entertainment is enjoyable only when it stays within control. tk99 djs believes that every player's most important responsibility is knowing their own limits and keeping themselves safe.
21+Our Commitment
tk99 djs, as an entertainment platform, always puts player safety first. Our services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any form of betting.
Gambling is a risky activity. While it is a source of entertainment for many, it can become an addiction for some. Our Terms and Conditions set out in detail the rules of conduct that apply when using the platform. Responsible gambling principles are an integral part of those terms.
We want you to always see betting as a form of entertainment — never as a source of stress or frustration. Set your own spending limits, take breaks when needed, and talk openly with the people around you. Our team is always ready to support you as well.
Self-Control Tools
At tk99 djs, you set the boundaries of your own play. The tools below can be activated directly from your account or through our support team.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you want to increase it.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in one session. When the time is up, a warning message appears automatically and the session can be closed if needed.
Temporary Account Break
Suspend your account temporarily for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During the break, login, deposits, and bets are not possible — a simple way to give yourself a rest.
Self-Exclusion
For long-term self-exclusion, choose any period from 6 months up to permanent closure. Once activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
Transaction History
View your complete record of bets, wins, losses, and deposits at any time. Understanding your spending patterns makes it easier to set limits.
Support Team Assistance
Contact us via live chat or email to activate any of the tools above or to learn more. The team is available 24/7 in Bangla.
Warning Signs
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help. These are not signs of weakness — they are signs of awareness.
If you have more questions about these signs, detailed answers are available in our FAQ section, or you can contact our support team directly.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to participate in online betting in Bangladesh is 21. tk99 djs strictly follows this rule and makes age verification mandatory at registration.
To protect minors, if you want to restrict a family member's access, set up a PIN lock, browser restriction, or app lock on your device. Our support team can also advise you on this.
If you suspect an account is being used on behalf of a minor, notify us immediately — such accounts will be suspended without delay.
